A natural diversity!
Because healthy vegetables can only grow in healthy soil, we have been cultivating and nurturing our fields according to the principles of organic farming since 1969. Furthermore, we have developed our own pioneering and forward-looking cultivation methods.
These focus primarily on the ecosystem as a whole - resulting in minimal and no-till soil cultivation, the avoidance of problematic pesticides and purchased fertilizers, the use of mostly open-pollinated varieties (no F1 hybrids), the promotion of natural processes and, of course, a great deal of diversity in vegetable crops and the entire ecosystem.

Throughout the year, we plant a wide selection of vegetables for you - over 140 varieties per year.
From a wide variety of salads, various storage vegetables, and summer vegetables to specialties like artichokes, cape gooseberries, etc., there's everything you could possibly crave!
